BHi Returns Policy

You may return any physical goods items purchased from ballhockeyinternational.com for any reason, for a full refund (to include shipping if the result is a result of our error) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment provided the items meet the following conditions:

• Products remain unopened (still in original package without destruction of any seals on the products.
• In the case of damaged product, a photo must be provided to ballhockeyinternational.com at the time of receipt of product to validate damage. Return must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of product along with date stamped photo of damage.

BHi Exchange Policy

You can exchange a physical goods item through [email protected] for a substitute size, colour, and/or model. The exchange will not be subject to a restocking fee unless the item was purchased with a promotion.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Colour

The exchange item must meet the following criteria:

• Item is a different size or colour than the return item
• Item was shipped and sold by ballhockeyinternational.com

If you are exchanging for a different size or colour which results in any cost increase the difference in the total will be charged to you on the exchange. If the exchange results in a price reduction you will be refunded the difference for the exchange. All exchanges will be subject to shipping fees unless the exchange was due to a ballhockyeinternational.com error in which the fees shall be waived. Exchanges for a Different Product or Model

The exchange item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be shipped and sold by ballhockeyinternational.com
• The item cannot be identical to the item returned

If the new item costs less than the returned item a refund will be issued. If the new item costs more than the exchanged item than the difference will be charged to you. All exchanges must be returned within 30 days of receipt of original item. All exchanges will be subject to shipping fees unless the exchange was due to a ballhockeyinternational.com error in which the fees shall be waived.                 Refunds

We will notify you of your refund via email after the returned item has been received and processed. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 days of exchange receipt. If the item was purchased using a promotion, the amount received by ballhockeyinternational.com after the discount will be refunded, not the regular listed price.
